DATA SOURCES - ORIGINAL OFFICIAL SOURCES
Part of the data in FindToilet is public data published by Danish authorities. You can always verify the information at the original sources:
- Open Data DK the Danish municipal open data portal (public toilet datasets):

- GeoFA (Geografiske Fagdata) under GeoDanmark the public geodata partnership between the 98 Danish municipalities and the Danish state:

- The GeoFA dataset on Open Data DK:

- Klimadatastyrelsen (Danish Climate Data Agency formerly SDFI) the state agency behind Denmark's public geodata:

Toilets that are not published as open data are entered directly into FindToilet's own CMS (Drupal) either by the authority itself or by the developer. Some toilet information is provided by private individuals. Changing Places toilets are included from https://pressalit.com/inspiration-and-planning/changing-places-by-pressalit/ and other suppliers; these toilets are not necessarily the responsibility of the municipalities.

It is not a government app and it is not affiliated with endorsed by or operated on behalf of any Danish municipality ministry or government agency. Not all municipalities take part - see the overview linked above. If your municipality is missing please encourage them to join.
