The app cannot recover photos or videos that were deleted before installation. It also cannot restore files that have been permanently removed from the device or erased during a factory reset.

Recovery availability

Recovery is not guaranteed for every file. A photo or video can only be restored if it was accessible to and protected by the app before it was deleted. Availability may depend on storage permissions file format device settings Android version and whether the protected copy remains accessible.

The app cannot:

• Recover media deleted before installation
• Recover permanently removed or overwritten files
• Recover data erased by a factory reset
• Guarantee successful recovery of every photo or video
• Restore unsupported files or files the app was not permitted to access
