Just as you separate business and personal emails: Place business calls from your direct office line or your company mainline and use your cell number as before for personal calls. Your incoming call screen indicates whether you are answering a business call or not and if so whether it is a direct call or a parallel group call to your company mainline. Adjust your answer prompt accordingly and filter unimportant calls as required.
OnRelay also ensures you can always reach colleagues and transfer calls to them with a few clicks. It includes a live company directory where you can instantly see if a colleague is in a call in do not disturb mode or has shared some presence details. You can click to call or dial and transfer mainline calls using short number extensions. Your company voice mails are always accessible on the go and call group voice mails and their read / unread statuses are seamlessly shared by all staff members.
OnRelay also includes a comprehensive messaging service. You can SMS with your customers using your company main number and have multiple colleagues deal with incoming texts to your mainline or to dedicated group numbers. You can also instant message with all colleagues individually or within call groups.
