📷 Can't silence your camera's shutter sound?

Use any camera app you love as a silent camera.

◆ Sound familiar?

• "I want to take candid photos of my kids without that loud shutter click"
• "My pet runs away every time the shutter fires during burst shots"
• "Taking food photos at a restaurant feels embarrassing with shutter sounds on"
• "Silent camera apps have terrible image quality — I want to use my stock camera quietly"
• "I need my phone silenced not just during camera use but for other apps too"

◆ Key Features

【Per-App Auto Mute】
Automatically silences your device when a specified app (e.g. your camera) launches — and restores sound when you close it.
Perfect for those who only want silent mode "while the camera is open."

【Manual Mute with Safety Features】
Toggle mute manually from the app screen widget Quick Settings tile or notification button.

【Safety Auto-Unmute (for manual mode)】
• Auto-unmutes during phone calls — no more missing calls because your phone is silenced
• Auto-unmutes when earphones connect (wired or Bluetooth) — no more fumbling with volume when you play music; re-silences when you disconnect

【Shortcut Integration】
"MuteON" / "MuteOFF" shortcuts work with automation apps (e.g. Tasker) to trigger mute by time location and more.
Note: the shortcut fires once at the moment you register it in the automation app. Please confirm your desired mute state is set correctly after registration.

◆ FAQ

Q: Can the app auto-mute for screenshots?
A: Screenshot detection is not possible on Android. Please use manual mute before taking screenshots.

Q: Auto mute stops working — why?
A: Battery optimization on some devices may shut down the background service. Please disable battery optimization for this app.

Q: I used this app before but shutter muting stopped working so I left. Can I come back?
A: Yes! On some devices OS changes from Android 10 onwards broke the old muting method. We rebuilt the muting system from scratch and it now works all the way through Android 16. Please try again.

※ Some devices (e.g. certain KYOCERA models) use non-standard camera implementations that prevent shutter sound silencing regardless of app.

◆ Premium Plan (In-App Purchase)

The app is free to use. For the first 48 hours after launch you can try all muting features as Premium (watching a video adds 24 hours each time up to a maximum of 48 hours).

Even after the trial ends you can still turn on manual mute from the app itself up to 2 times a day for free. Auto mute and automatic unmuting with earbuds/calls become Premium features unlockable temporarily by watching videos or permanently via in-app purchase.

• Unlimited use of every feature

Former MuteAll Pro users: install the old Pro app from the Play Store then launch this app to unlock an exclusive discounted upgrade to Premium.
