Adjust wallpaper zoom globe animation horizontal and vertical rotation speeds and rendering quality. Choose a closer composition or leave more space around the sphere. Earth also offers an optional location marker: location permission is requested when you choose to show your position on the globe. Explore and choose a wallpaper without needing to enable that marker.

EXPLORE LUNAR LANDING HISTORY
Turn on lunar mission markers to explore historical landing sites. Open a site to view mission information landing details coordinates and available imagery with source credits. These markers describe recorded mission locations rather than tracking spacecraft or rovers live. Orbital images provide regional context; they do not imply that small spacecraft can be seen at that scale.
