IP and copyright: Powershop owns or has permission to use all copyright in Powershop’s mobile app and all its contents including but not limited to text graphics graphic images logos button icons images photographs video and audio clips software concepts systems and compilations (meaning the collection arrangement and assembly of material).
Some of the material included in Powershop’s mobile app and in which intellectual property rights exist including POWERSHOP and/or other brands and/or trade marks (whether registered or otherwise) is the sole and exclusive property of Powershop or its related companies or its’ suppliers. Changes to mobile app terms and conditions: By clicking Install you agree that Powershop can change the terms and conditions that apply to the Powershop mobile app by Powershop giving 30 days written notice by email and by placing a banner on our website.
