An app specifically made for independent psychologists and mental health professionals to record case history and track the therapy of clients. Things that you can do with the app include

Secure and Confidential - The data never leaves the phone. It is NOT stored on any server. It is stored on the phone and the app works without the internet. To protect the data stored in the app the user needs to be authenticated before using the app (given security is enabled on the phone.). There is an option to back up the data to YOUR google drive. The data is encrypted using the pin that you are asked to set up. You would need to enter the pin at the time of restoring the data.
