The Reina Valera Purificada 1602 is the work of the native Spanish-speaking independent Bible-believing fundamentalist Baptist church (Iglesia Bautista Biblica de la Gracia) in Monterrey Mexico which spent more than 15 years purifying the original Spanish Bible of 1062 revising it by using the Greek Textus Receptus the Hebrew Masoretic Text and the King James Bible. His objective was to produce a pure Spanish Bible without critical textual readings that would honor and remain faithful to the Castilian of the old Reina-Valera.
