This App helps to calculate the pump performance parameters like Efficiency Power-Loss Expected Efficiency Away From Best Efficiency Point (BEP) etc.
Only site input parameters required are Suction Pressure Discharge Pressure Discharge Flow and Motor Current/Voltage/Power Factor.
Pump expected performance parameters are calculated based on constants derived from pump Factory Testing data curves by polynomial curve fitting.
This App helps to see how the current pump performance w.r.t. expected as per FAT curves.
Other input parameters like pump overhauling cost last overhaul date unitization days per year electricity cost per KW/HR are used to generate meaningful trend parameters.
We have given vibration data import in .csv format template. This will help to compare physical as well as hydraulic performance of pump for better decision making.
