تفسير ابن كثير للإمام الحافظ بن كثير (المتوفى سنة 774 هجرية) من أهم وأشهر ما دون في التفسير المأثور، وهو في هذه الناحية يعتبر الكتاب الثاني بعد كتاب ابن
جرير الطبري. مع صغر حجمه ووجازة لفظه وشمول معانيه، ويحظى بقبول واسع بين الناس خاصة وعامة.
