خواجه نظام‌الدین عبیدالله زاکانی معروف به عبید زاکانی شاعر و نویسندهٔ طنزپرداز فارسی‌زبان قرن هشتم هجری است که طبق قراین موجود در اواخر قرن هفتم یا اوایل قرن هشتم ه. ق. در یکی از توابع قزوین چشم به جهان گشود.
