基本的なルールは大富豪と同じですが、一番初めにあがったプレイヤーが出た時点でディール終了です。あがったプレイヤーは他のプレイヤーの残り枚数に応じた得点します。最も早く決められた点数を得られたらゲームの勝ちとなります。

【ミリオネアとは？】
初めにあがったプレイヤーのことです。次のディールで特権を得ることができます。
・ディールの最初にカードを出すことができる
・カード交換権利
・1枚あたりの点数決定

【ルール説明】
ジョーカー2枚を含む54枚のカードを使い、4人で遊びます。10枚ずつの手札が配られ、それを早くなくすことが目的です。
残った14枚はゲームから除きます。
ミリオネアがカード交換をする場合は残った14枚のカードから10枚を手札と入れ替えます。（10枚のカードを選べるわけではありません。また交換後に戻すこともできません。）

最初のディールはランダムで初めのプレイヤーが選ばれますが、2回目以降はミリオネアから始めます。
パスをすると流れるまでパスしたままになります。
手札をなくしたプレイヤーが（最後に出したカードに禁止あがりのものがない）出たら終了です。そのプレイヤーが得点し、次のミリオネアとなります。プレイヤーごとの点数は1枚あたりの点数に残り枚数をかけたものです。

特殊なルールは
・革命（4枚以上のカードを出したとき、カードの強さが逆転）
・8切り（8を含むカードを出すと流れる）
・リバース（9を含むカードを出すと順番が逆になる）
・縛り（直前に出されたカードのスートと同じスートを出すと、以降に出すカードもスートを同じものに制限）
・禁止あがり（Joker、8、2を含むカードを最後に出すとあがれません。革命時はJoker、8、3を含んではなりません）
