AusEvol Pro is a convenient application that allows to simulate the
evolution of austenite
microstructure during hot deformation as well as its transformation during subsequent cooling
to form a set of practically important structural components and to evaluate final properties of
steels. In particular the program allows evaluating of the:
– temperatures of phase transformations;
– volume fractions and characteristic dimensions of structural components in final
microstructure;
– final mechanical properties (yield stress tensile stress elongation) and impact toughness.
The AusEvol Pro program is effective for a large number of grades of steel with a wide range of
