[세계관]
2030년에 이르러 중학생 몇명이 담력 시험을 벌이다 역사서에 제1차 북란도 사건이라 불리게 되는 연쇄적인 사건을 일으키게 된다. 이떄 이 기술의 핵심 물질인 붕괴액이 세상에 누출되게 된다.

그 후 모두가 잘 알고 있듯이 붕괴 기술의 영향으로 인해 세상은 결국 파멸을 맞이하게 된다. 도시 하나가 눈 깜짝할 사이에 증발해 버리고 그 주변 지역마저 복사 감염으로 인해 인구가 급감하게 되는 전대미문의 재난이 전 세계를 덮치게 된다. 결국 모순의 균열 점이 최고봉에 다다르게 되는 2045년 깨끗한 땅과 식량을 필요로 하는 인류의 가장 원초적인 욕구로부터 제 3차 세계대전이 발발하게 된다.

전쟁 이후의 세계는 차마 눈 뜨고 보지 못할 정도의 참상으로 변해 있었다. 문명적인 질서는 생존을 위해 벼랑 끝으로 밀려나 버렸고 각 정부들은 더 이상 사람들의 안전을 보장해줄 수 없었다. 하지만 전쟁은 기술의 발전을 불러일으켰고 이로 인해 전술인형이 사람들의 눈앞에 나타나게 된다.
