QRPeeper is a lightweight code scanner which can be used to quickly scan various codes and view a history of scanned codes.

The app has a Tasker implementation (but you do not need Tasker to use this app) which allows you to trigger tasks by scanning a code or to open QRPeeper with Tasker and start scanning right away.
