Scopul principal al aplicatiei consta in facilitarea si simplificarea procesului de raportare
catre autoritatile locale (DGASMB) a persoanelor aflate in dificultate sociala care ar putea
avea nevoie de servicii imediate conform situatiei in care se afla si care sunt identificate pe
raza municipiului Bucuresti.
De asemenea prin intermediul acestei aplicatii se doreste cresterea gradului de
constientizare al cetatenilor precum si combaterea stereotipurilor si a prejudecatilor despre
persoanele aflate in dificultate la un moment dat (de exemplu persoane fara adapost)
acordandu-le acestora o sansa de a primi ajutor de specialitate in cel mai scurt timp.
Rezultatul final al utilizarii acestei aplicatii - imbunatatirea calitatii vietii persoanelor in
dificultate prin asigurarea accesului la servicii de cazare si adapost asistenta sociala si
medicala medicamente haine curate hrana precum si posibilitatea de a-si efectua igiena
corporala.
Cum functioneaza aplicatia?
Orice cetatean care este ingrijorat de o persona care este identificata pe strazile din
Bucuresti si care are nevoie de ajutor poate raporta acest aspect catre autoritatea locala
responsabila (DGSAMB) prin utilizarea aplicatiei mobile disponibila pe dispozitivele Apple
sau Android.
Pentru a putea initia o sesizare cu caracter social utilizatorul trebuie mai intai sa creeze un
cont in cadrul aplicatiei. Crearea contului se face prin completarea informatiilor: nume
prenume adresa de e-mail si parola iar autentificarea se va face prin intermediul adresei
de e-mail/numarului de telefon si parola aferenta contului.
O data autentificat in aplicatie utilizatorul va putea initia o sesizare noua sau va putea
vizualiza atat lista cu sesizarile transmise din contul sau cat si detaliile aferente acestora.
Completarea sesizarii se face usor si rapid prin completarea unor informatii minime: tip
sesizare localizare pe harta interactiva a Bucurestiului categoria persoanei identificate
gradul de mobilitate al persoanei detalii cu privire la bagaje/ insotitori precum si alte
informatii pe care utilizatorul le poate considera utile si necesare pentru respectiva sesizare

repartizare.
Utilizatorul care trimite o sesizare este permanent informat in legatura cu statusul sesizarii
sale pe tot fluxul de derulare al acesteia in toate etapele: sesizare initiata sesizare
preluata de catre personalul autoritatii locale si sesizare rezolvata.
Aplicatia pune de asemenea la dispozitia utilizatorului si un numar de telefon dedicat in
cazul in care se doreste obtinerea de informatii suplimentare despre finalitatea interventiei.

The main purpose of the application is to facilitate and simplify the reporting process
to the local authorities (DGASMB) of people in difficulty who could
they needed immediate services as they were and are identified on
the radius of Bucharest.
Also this application is intended to increase the degree of
citizens' awareness and the fight against stereotypes and prejudices about
people in difficulty at one point (for example homeless people)
giving them a chance to receive specialist help in the shortest possible time.
The end result of using this application - improving the quality of life of people in
difficulty by providing access to accommodation and shelter services social assistance and
medical supplies medicines clean clothes food and the possibility of doing hygiene
body.
How does the app work?
Any citizen who is worried about a person who is identified on the streets of
Bucharest and who needs help can report this issue to the local authority
responsible (DGSAMB) using the mobile app available on Apple devices
or Android.
In order to initiate a social referral the user must first create one
account within the application. Create your account by filling in the information: name
surname e-mail address and password and authentication will be done through the address
e-mail / phone number and password associated with your account.
Once logged into the app the user will be able to initiate a new referral or be able to
View both the list of notifications sent from his or her account and their details.
Completing the referral is easy and quick by filling in some minimum information: type
