Hey guys, here’s version 0.7.7a.

• Notifications stopped showing up on the launcher after an app update on some devices, mostly from Huawei and Xiaomi. It’s a bug from the framework, so I can’t fix it. However, I might have found a workaround which could work for phones running Android Nougat or higher, feel free to check it out and let me know if it helped.

• Bitdefender, an antivirus app detected the last alpha as “intrusive adware”. As you can see, Niagara doesn’t contain any ads at all and I’m not about to change it. It appeared randomly, so I hope it goes away after just changing some lines of code. I’m sure it tries to detect some patterns which could have been removed by now, or maybe someone modified the apk, filled it with ads and uploaded it on a shady side. Someone else using Bitdefender could have downloaded it and Bitdefender blacklisted the apk, idk.

• Filtered out some media notification false positives (e.g. the media widget showed up sometimes while Spotify was downloading songs)

• 🙈 Hide the names of your favorites (Their names still appear in the app list)
• Limited space above clock
• Fixed an often occurring ANR (app not responding)
• Fixed small memory leak
• General minor design tweaks
• Updated translations
