Questa prima versione 5.0.1 consente di controllare sole le tue linee mobili prepagate ma a breve potrai gestire anche le tue linee fisse. L’app sarà infatti costantemente arricchita con nuove funzionalità e sara' resa disponibile anche per tablet.

IMPORTANTE: per garantirti un'esperienza ottimale sia su rete mobile che in Wi-Fi al primo accesso ti chiederemo di inserire l'indirizzo email e la password del tuo account MyTIM. Se non sei registrato o se il tuo account ha un numero mobile come username puoi registrarti da app per creare o aggiornare il tuo account e poter cosi' gestire tutte le tue linee TIM.
Se riscontri difficolta' ad accedere per prima cosa prova ad effettuare una nuova registrazione. In caso persistano problemi contattaci all'indirizzo [email protected]

Abbiamo eliminato il riconoscimento automatico della linea ma al primo accesso sara' possibile memorizzare le credenziali. E' inoltre possibile abilitare il fingerprint per un accesso ancora piu' sicuro.

Con questa versione della app MyTIM puoi:
• Registrare o recuperare le credenziali di un account MyTIM
• Autenticarti utilizzando il finger print
• Visualizzare il credito residuo
• Avere informazioni sul tuo piano tariffario
• Controllare con i contatori in home il traffico disponibile di Minuti Giga e SMS
• Visualizzare e gestire i servizi attivi sulla tua linea
• Attivare o gestire le offerte a te dedicate
• Effettuare ricariche "one-click" con carta di credito PayPal o RicariCard
• Gestire e memorizzare le modalità di pagamento preferite
• Visualizzare spese e traffico effettuato
• Ricevere assistenza in chat (tramite il collegamento all'app TIMpersonal)
• Confrontarti con gli altri clienti accedendo alla nostra Community WeTIM

Potrai segnalare bug problemi e feedback in ogni momento compilando il form dedicato che troverai nella sezione Assistenza della App.

Nella sua versione completa questa applicazione andrà a sostituire anche l'app MyTIM Fisso per proporti un’esperienza unica e innovativa!

This first version 5.0.1 allows you to control only your prepaid mobile lines but soon you can also manage your fixed lines. The app will in fact be constantly enriched with new features and will be made available also for tablets.

*** The new version will be made available progressively to all customers. If you still do not see the update to 5.0.1 we ask you to wait a few days ***

IMPORTANT: to guarantee an optimal experience both on the mobile network and in Wi-Fi at the first access we will ask you to enter the email address and password of your MyTIM account. If you are not registered or if your account has a mobile number as a username you can register from the app to create or update your account and thus be able to manage all your TIM lines.

We have eliminated the automatic recognition of the line but at the first access it will be possible to memorize the credentials. It is also possible to enable the fingerprint for even more secure access.

With this version of the MyTIM app you can:

• Authenticate yourself using finger print
• View the remaining credit
• Get information on your rate plan
• Check the available traffic in minutes Giga and SMS with the home meters
• View and manage the active services on your line
• Activate or manage the offers dedicated to you
• Make "one-click" top-ups with a credit card PayPal or RicariCard
• Manage and store your preferred payment methods
• View expenses and traffic carried out
• Receive assistance in chat (by connecting to the TIMpersonal app)
• Compare yourself to other customers by accessing our WeTIM Community
 
You can report bugs problems and feedback at any time by filling out the dedicated form which you will find in the "Assistance" section of the App.

In its full version this application will also replace the MyTIM Fisso app to offer you a unique and innovative experience!
