Load any image as transparent wallpaper for your Smartphone. The app uses the Android "Storage Access Framework" hence the picture can be load from the cell phone (internal or external SD card) google drive dropbox and so on.
With this app any image can be opened and placed freely positioned on the screen.
The transparency of the image can be adjusted from invisible to completely visible.
The picture is an overlay on top of the screen and all other apps under the layer are still visible and clickable.
So it is possible to take a new picture with the camera which is similar to the old picture or rather only one object changes and the remaining parts are the same. You open the captured image with this app set the transparency and then opens the camera app to take the new photo.
Of course just a resized image can be placed anywhere on the screen and is always visible. To prevent that the toolbar takes place from screen it can be hidden.
