One4Watch uses one watch-face slot on your watch. Applying another One4Watch design replaces the previous design in that slot. Available accents complication data and always-on behavior depend on the face watch and settings. Some faces can display activity information supplied locally by Wear OS; One4Watch does not provide health tracking or medical advice.
