TEAM MANAGEMENT

Prepare for the race in pre-season by hiring the right team members and pick the right sponsor that can help you achieve the season goals.

Keep working on the car during the season by upgrading it and remember to focus on your Chief Engineer’s specialisation. Train your drivers in the weeks before each race and always keep an eye on the driver’s market!

RACE WEEKEND

Fight for pole position in the qualifying session and find the perfect car setup for the race; then come race day take care of your two drivers by picking the tyre choices managing the pit strategy and giving them Radio Orders to improve their performance on the race track.

Keep an eye out for changes in weather conditions accidents and reliability issues if you want to win you must always have the eye on the ball and never hesitate when you have to make a decision from the pitwall!

Master all of the 50 circuits available in the game in changing weather conditions over the span of 45 and more seasons.

Survive the ROOKIE selection prove your TALENT so that you can call yourself a PRO and eventually aspire to become a LEGEND then and only then you might have a chance at being a true MOTORSPORT MASTER
