To run DoubLinks with 2 active Links Mobile and WiFi you need to Enable Cellular Data Always Active mode on Android by doing following steps:
1.
Go to Settings » About phone » scroll to the bottom and tap on Build number seven times to enable Developer options.
2.
Go back to Settings page and select Developer options from here now. Scroll down a bit and you’ll see Cellular Data Always Active toggle under Networking options.
3.
Enable it and you’ll have Mobile active even when WiFi is also active. That’s the basic to run DoubLinks.
****Tips****
If you prefer WiFi than Mobile you can check the First switch for WiFi it will make WiFi be prioritized than Mobile to send data over. Vice versa if Mobile than WiFi. Or let them both unchecked with same priority.

In our daily environment at times we probably don't have good enough connectivity to do things with good quality especially so called LIVE APPLICATION such as Online Game Live Streaming and Virtual Meeting.
Most of the time it's because WiFi is not as good as we need since it's run on unlicensed frequency. Can we make the experience better? Yes because we also have Mobile link on our smartphone what if we can combine the 2 links together to make a much stronger link? with each of them augmenting the other at runtime. When the WiFi getting weak in signal or congested according to capacity problem Mobile can fill in the "bullets" (packets capacity) in real time just fix the gap.
Yes someone may say some source already provides the solution so far been known even it'd been true provided most of them were like kind of REDUNDANT mode that means duplicate each packet an Application generated down to both path. It's flooding the NETWORKS especially in a time that network resources are both critical assets on Mobile and WiFi networks.
DoubLinks combine Mobile and WiFi in a LOAD BALANCE way so the effect is WiFi and Mobile augment each other to make the link Best.
How's 5G? 5G's time will see the condition worse. Why? because Low Latency and Coverage are twins Mobile (5G) and WiFi (6E) covers each other then can make the true 5G era come because they each has it's economic/coverage limits as indoor/outdoor issue being one of them.
OK what scenarios DoubLinks are for? Most of them are the times you doing LIVE.
