The InPost Mobile application introduces a number of possibilities thanks to which the use of Parcel Lockers is easier than ever.

👉 Shipped without label
Now you can send a parcel conveniently in InPost Mobile - without printing the label and 24/7. Just scan the QR code or enter the shipping code in the parcel locker and it's ready. Additionally if you choose to ship in the application you can send a parcel from any Parcel Locker.

👉 You open the locker remotely
One of the main functions of the application is the remote locker opening service which allows you to collect parcels without having to use the parcel locker screen. All you need to do is click the appropriate button in the application - your locker will open itself! A pickup code and / or a QR code are also visible for each shipment delivered.

👉 You are extending the pickup time
Each application user can conveniently extend the time of collecting the parcel from the parcel locker by an additional 24 hours. The service of extending the collection time in the application is very intuitive - 12 hours before the deadline for collecting the parcel the "Extend" button will appear in the application. Click on it then pay and… it's ready!

👉 You can redirect the courier parcel easily
You will not be home and you are expecting an InPost courier? Now in the application you can conveniently redirect a courier package to a parcel locker PaczkoPunkt or to a neighbor. All you need to do is click the "Redirect" button next to the selected courier parcel in the InPost Mobile application on the tracking list or in the shipment details and then select the new preferred delivery option.

👉 You have all your packages in one place
Shipments including courier which have been ordered for the phone number assigned to the application in the last 30 days will be visible immediately after logging in. The parcels will be sorted depending on what stage of the journey to the parcel locker they are at. You can also give each of them a name and description.

👉 You collect parcels as part of Multiskrytki
Multiskrytka is an option that allows you to collect multiple parcels from one parcel locker. Packages that are in Multiskrytka are grouped in the application into one message and highlighted in blue.

👉 You always have Paczkomaty close to you
You can easily find Paczkomaty and PaczkoPunkty in the application. All you need to do is click on the map and with the location turned on the application will show you the nearest InPost points.

👉 You pick up parcels on the way
Thanks to the geofencing-based notification function we will remind you to pick up your parcel when you are near the parcel locker. Enable notifications for InPost Mobile on your smartphone define the radar range in the application settings and use the possibilities.

👉 You always know where your package is
With the help of the application you can track all the packages you are waiting for. What's more thanks to push notifications on the screen of your phone you are up to date with changes in shipment status.

👉 Stay up to date with the notification center
Thanks to the notification center you always know what is happening with your shipment and you also receive information about new competitions and interesting campaigns that we organize.
